Instructions

Below you'll find the excavation questionnaire. It's the digging part: everything we need on the table before we meet, so the session itself is spent reading the pattern, not searching for it.

Three things:

1. Do it the way the document says — alone, slowly, across a few sittings. Raw beats polished; scenes beat summaries. Most people spend two to three hours total, spread out.

2. Send your answers to coen@coenmodder.com, at least 48 hours before your session. I read everything before we sit down — that's what lets us start at depth instead of at zero.

3. Need to move the session? Use the reschedule link in this confirmation. Life happens; the digging is the only part that can't be skipped.

Then we meet and read the evidence together. Within a few days you'll have the write-up: your Seed, articulated — the through-line under everything you've done well, in words you can build on. Yours to keep whatever you decide next. If you continue into the full engagement, this session's price credits in full — and the work simply carries on.

Hey, I'm Coen — writer, framework-builder, architect-for-one.

I wrote Hack the Piano and built the music-education business around it into something that succeeded by every outside measure — and I lived the exact problem this page describes from the inside.
