I'm Coen Modder — writer, framework-builder, architect-for-one.

I wrote Hack the Piano and built the music-education business around it into something that succeeded by every outside measure — and I lived the exact problem this page describes from the inside. The way out wasn't a tweak, and it wasn't a leap. It was design: work that's actually mine, built on everything I'd lived, around the interplay of Health, Skill, and Wealth.

Now I do that design work with a handful of people at a time — reading the pattern underneath everything you've done well, and architecting the work that finally expresses it.
