One session. One document you keep: your Seed, in writing.
The full engagement opens by digging out your Seed — the pattern underneath everything you've ever done well. The Seed Session is exactly that first piece of work, bookable on its own.
Before we meet, you get the excavation homework — the evidence-gathering, done at your pace. Then one live session where we read the evidence together. Within days you're holding the write-up: your Seed articulated — the through-line you've never quite been able to name, in words you can build on.
If it stops there, you keep it, and it's worth having on its own. If you continue, the full price credits toward the engagement — and the work simply carries on where it left off. No fit call needed at that point; the session already answered the fit question for both of us, on real work instead of conversation.
This door is also open a little wider than the full engagement: you don't need fifteen years behind you here. If you're earlier on the road — building toward online work that's actually yours — the Seed Session is for you too.
€400 — founder pricing, credited in full if you continue with the full engagement.
I hold one of these a week; the reading takes room.

I'm Coen Modder — writer, framework-builder, architect-for-one.
I wrote Hack the Piano and built the music-education business around it into something that succeeded by every outside measure — and I lived the exact problem this page describes from the inside. The way out wasn't a tweak, and it wasn't a leap. It was design: work that's actually mine, built on everything I'd lived, around the interplay of Health, Skill, and Wealth.
Now I do that design work with a handful of people at a time — reading the pattern underneath everything you've done well, and architecting the work that finally expresses it.
